Return & Refund Policy
Many thanks for shopping at Magical Moments. We understand that products can sometimes get damaged during shipping or that you may find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If this happens, we are only too happy to help.
- You can return your item at any time within 30 days from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned in the original packaging.
- You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received same.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- This refund will be issued within 5 days from receipt of returned items (subject to your card issuer's policies).
All orders for customized or personalized goods are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
